Entering a production batch record

1. Emissions Accountant can track batch-wise production records. The user simply creates a new batch record and specifies a batch number and date when the batch was prepared in the factory.

2. Alternately, one or more production records can be entered into Emissions Accountant from an Excel or a CSV file. To create a compatible Batch Production Template file, the user may first highlight the folder in Emissions Accountant where production records are needed and then select “Create Batch Production Plan Template File” from the main “Import” menu. The create utility will create one row for each process record in the folder and/or sub-folders. The user only needs to enter the Batch Number and Start Date for each batch in the list.
