Period Production

1. Production records can be entered into Emissions Accountant in the form of a Period Production.

2. Alternately, factory production records can be entered into Emissions Accountant from an Excel or a CSV file. To create a compatible Period Production Template file the user may first highlight the folder in Emissions Accountant where production records are needed and then select “Create Period Production Plan Template File” from the main “Import” menu. The create utility will enable the user to specify the production period (day, month, or other period) where production took place. When the period production template file has been created then the user will only need to populate the production records (or rows) with either the number of batches or production quantities that were produced during the period. The completed period production file can be processed into Emissions Accountant by selecting the “Import Production Plan” from below the main “Import” menu.
