MON – HAP Twelve Month Rolling Report

Purpose: Calculate the Twelve Month Uncontrolled, Controlled, and % Removal for each HAP compound that was emitted from all production in the report folder.

Description: When this report is to be generated, the user is to specify the range of months to be covered. The report will calculate the Uncontrolled, Controlled, and % Removal for each HAP compound during the twelve month period ending on the month that has been specified. This report can be applied to several months at one time. For example, if the report is configured to cover a six month period then one worksheet will be created for each ending month in the range. Once a worksheet has been prepared for each ending month then one summary worksheet for Uncontrolled and one summary worksheet for Controlled HAP emissions will be prepared. The emissions from all production records are grouped based on a customizable list of fields (Activity Type, Batch Name, Vent ID, …).

Additional Requirements: This report can be grouped by fields which are selected by the user when the report is initially configured. All settings are saved with the report document ready to run the next time.

Application: This report displays emissions from point sources as they exist in basic Emission Master process (filling, heating, …), storage tank, or combustion models. This report will not display fugitive emissions. Fugitive emissions occur from piping and equipment connections in the field and point source emissions occur from basic process operations where the equipment is vented to the atmosphere through a connection.
