MON – HAP Monthly Report

Purpose: Calculate the monthly Uncontrolled, Controlled, and % Removal for each HAP compound that was emitted from all production in the report folder.

Description: When the report is to be generated, the user will specify the month range to be covered. The report will calculate the Uncontrolled, Controlled, and % Removal for each HAP compound during the period of the month that has been specified. The report range may include one or more months. For example, if the report range includes six months then one worksheet will be created for each month in the range. Once a worksheet has been prepared for each month in the range then one summary worksheet for Uncontrolled and another worksheet for Controlled HAP emissions will be prepared in the front of the report workbook. The emissions from all production records are grouped based on a customizable list of fields (Activity Type, Batch Name, Vent ID, …).

Additional Requirements: This report can be grouped by fields which are selected by the user when the report is initially configured. All settings are saved with the report document ready to run the next time.

Application: This report displays emissions from point sources as they exist in basic Emission Master process (filling, heating, …), storage tank, or combustion models. This report will not display fugitive emissions. Fugitive emissions occur from piping and equipment connections in the field and point source emissions occur from basic process operations where the equipment is vented to the atmosphere through a connection.
