Equipment Unit Max Rate Permit

Purpose: Analyze all processes that operated in a given calendar period to calculate the maximum hourly emission rate for each equipment unit.

Description: All production records are reviewed and the resulting equipment unit emission rates are organized based on conventional classification groupings that have been designed as part of the Equipment Permit.

Additional Requirements: An Equipment Unit Max Rate Permit is needed from a list of existing Permits. If a new Equipment Unit Max Rate Permit is needed then it can be created from the Report Specification Window.

Application: This report displays emissions from point sources as they exist in basic Emission Master process (filling, heating, …), storage tank, or combustion models. This report will not display fugitive emissions. Fugitive emissions occur from piping and equipment connections in the field and point source emissions occur from basic process operations where the equipment is vented to the atmosphere through a connection.
