12 Month Rolling Fuel Usage Report

Purpose: Analyze all combustion processes that operated during a contiguous 12 month period to provide speciated material charge totals.

Description: All combustion records in the 12 month report period are reviewed and the cumulative fuel usage totals of each equipment item are calculated and displayed. This report will output the 12 month fuel summations for each month that falls within the user defined reporting range. For example, if the report has been configured to have start date of June 1, 2010 and an end date of December 31, 2010 then the final output report will contain six columns. Each column will show the cumulative amount of fuel that was consumed during the previous twelve month period for each equipment item. The first column will contain the total fuel that was consumed between July 1, 2009 and June 31, 2010. The second column will contain the total fuel that was consumed between August 1, 2009 and July 2010. Additional columns will be added until December 31, 2010 has been reached.

Additional Requirements: 12 month fuel summations are calculated based on the combustion that has been defined to take place during the effected period. If combustion has been defined using batch record entries then the fuel consumption summaries are calculated using the batch start dates and times. However, if the production consists of period production records then Emissions Accountant must estimate the batch start times based on the number of batches that have been defined for each specific combustion period.

Application: This report applies to Emission Master Combustion models and does not apply to other Emission Master models including Storage Tank and Fugitive models.
